About our buildings

The building you need to today is ready for tomorrow. How much space do you need? The extra storage space you may need tomorrow is not costly to build today if you are buying an Apple's A Plus Building.

The buildings are available in a wide range of standard designs and sizes to meet the special requirements of your operation. We offer them in many beautiful colors and trims with maintenance free exteriors of colored steel.

A tough, strong building you can depend on for many years of trouble free service.

All of our buildings are custom built.

  • Treated 4x6 posts. 10' center on building 40' or less, 8' center over 40'.
  • Treated base boards. Resists rot and decay and prevents ground to sidewall contact
  • 2x6 wall grits. Adds more strengths and structural integrity.
  • Pre engineered roof trusses. Precision cut, fitted and assembled in a wood to steel triangle of strength. Dual truss supports adds extra strength that ensures straight and true eave line.
  • Strong and solid sliding doors. Easy rolling doors that provide plenty of clearance for your biggest equipment. We use suspended tracking for your convenience.
  • 2x4 roof purlings. Spaced 24" apart and set on edge for added roof strength.
  • Insulation available. 2" with R6 and 3" with R10 factor.
  • Heat reflective roof and sides. 17 color choices and 29 gauge premium galvalume painted steel panels.
  • Overhead doors. Offered with or without insulation.
  • Offered on request: Windows, overhead door opener, cupolas turbine vents, weather vanes, skylights and more.

Optional side bay

Enough extra to provide a complete full length parking area in the side bay for all kinds of equipment, horse stalls, trailers, tractors, hay or vehicles

Extra wide span

Double bay clear span gives you up to 100% additional floor space at little extra cost. An exceptional value in farm building design with a great bargain in cost per square foot. Plenty of room on a limited budget.
